ELCAP gets ready for quality test

ELCAP is preparing for an independent assessment, where a team of experts will “test” the charity against the prestigious EFQM Model.

EFQM is a globally recognised management framework that supports organisations in manging change and improving performance.

Trusted by thousands of organisations worldwide for more than 30 years, the EFQM Model not only remains relevant, but continues to set the management agenda for any organisation wanting a long-term, sustainable future.

ELCAP’s assessment, which will be led by Janet Robertson, Director of EFQM Scotland, will be held from 7 June till 11 June 2021.

Looking forward to the assessment, ELCAP Business Manager, Kelly Cunningham, said:

“We are delighted to continue our EFQM quality journey, as part our mission to achieve excellence across our organisation.

The EFQM approach helps us to look at all aspects of our work and ensure that what we say in our strategy is what we actually do.”
